Ecopro have 12.49% and 40m shares, acquired in one placement at 17 cents and spent $6.8m

Mr. Zours' groups have 13.43% and 43m shares, in over 60 transactions over the course of time, spending $7.026m and their average is now 16.33cents. They did participate in the September 42c placement for $2.2m, included above
