Daniel, I am personally happy with managements choice to move to a Three Pillar strategy (has me thinking of McKinsey's 3 Horizons Model). I don't think the risk is inherently any larger, and actually has a higher payoff as breast cancer is still being targeted also.

Obviously there is a lot of work that needs to happen in the background which is way above my head, but I trust that you and the team have the adequate skills, knowledge, and motivation to get the trials where they need to be and targeted in such a way to produce higher than normal value for shareholders.

There will be some investors probably exit after this pivot, but I believe there will be other investors who understand the strategy details in more depth who will also look to take a position through until the end goal. Still a buy for me at these levels and which I had more capital I could throw at it, at this stage I think I'm all bought up though
