As mentioned previously sxy have spent $400 mill developing their assets the last 2 years, about to get $87 mill from bpt and yet we have a market cap of $461 mill. $30 mill in cash on hand after the bpt transaction. Cheap t/o target with no debt, and soon to be $60 mil of free cash flow. The numbers and potential just do not add up. Definitely a buy in the low 30s... also still trading in that channel just.
