They are cancer to the entire market. $2.6b in CR in Nov alone and they are involved in 90% for the 15-20% discount...they flip the lot with algos as soon as stock is issued. They don't care whether they like the business or not. They are selling here to free up cash for more flipping. Broker makes 6% and Regal makes 10-12% by the time they exit...Money comes from mum and dad investors like us.
