Was snooping around on SVG 13F filling and noticed that their Sept qtr 13F filling didn't have the record of DCN investment and therefore the DCN investment is a recent foray by SVG. The investment amounts to ~US$9.1mil. Since they had been willing to pile more $$$ into DCN recently, one have to conclude that they are very confident about the upside potential of DCN in the coming months.
Indeed a very very good sign that we are onto a good thing!!
