1. Some of that stock may be held by MS (and not Samson), in any case the difference doesn't really matter 2. As per the agreement, "Call Option Shares means that number of Shares as is equal to the number of Sale Shares, or such lesser number of Shares as the Buyer [NordGold] and its controlled Related Bodies Corporate beneficially own at the time of exercise of the Call Option."
The Call option is yet to be exercised and Nord now have 0 shares.
