I'd say that's part of it. In my opinion, and it's only my opinion, we're heading for a possible earnings downgrade. Given the flat earnings outlook for this year shorters have piled on and are driving the price lower. Lower than it should be. They will clear out eventually but they might hammer the price a lot lower before they do leave. A downgrade isn't a disaster given the circumstances with COVID but even so BVS should not be under $3 under any circumstances. CEO and Directors not buying at these "cheap" prices concern me a lot. A lack of communication with shareholders about the plunging SP also concerns me a lot. A lot of things are out of their control but some things are like communication are well within their control. BVS signed a lengthy contract with Arrow Super I think it was and have made an acquisition since they announced the outlook for this year but no mention of how those things will add to their bottom line. I think BVS has a good long term future but things that are or aren't happening at the moment do worry me.
