Nope. It looks like a strategic move from some smart investors. They are still sub holders and obviously, see potential in holding.
They held 24,400,935 shares @ 3c/share( ASX: Sub holder notice 10/6/20)(cost $732,028) and sold 4,837,344 shares for $478,680 ($350,231 + $128,449). Now, they hold 18,563,591 shares @ 1.36c/share ($253,338/18,563,591)($732,028-$478,680=$253,348)).
Other Top 20 holders may buy to average down(when they wake up) now when sp and business start up trending. EDP holds at avge cost 36.5c/share.
