I respectfully disagree kkkrrr. Firstly $1.075 is still a good price for SD. Secondly I have never seen a takeover proceed in the manner you have described where a company wants to get to 100% but decided to get past 90% by buying on the market. Normally if they want 100% and are close to 90% then they extend and almost always get there once they are in the 80s
