I don’t think they will get to 90 % today. Partially because of how crap computershare have been and also how crap Australia post are. I called computershare for 3 new acceptance forms 12 days ago. I manage 3 holdings in the family. 2 arrived 1 didn’t. Called computershare for email acceptance last week for my mum and still nothing. Re Australia post. Even “expressed post” isn’t guaranteed to arrive within 2 days. Normal mail takes 5-10 business days from where I live (Geelong) to get to Melb which is 1 hour up the road. With these 2 factors I think quite a few people will have wanted to accept where their acceptances won’t have arrive by end of today. They will know this and if they want to proceed with compulsory acquisition I think they will need to extend.
