Balance Sheet shows weakening...pre and post EoFY acquisitions may further weaken the BS (yet to be seen end of FY21 & FY22). Market most probably thinks the acquisitions have been rushed in compensation for losing the bidding war for GBST...imo these acquisitions were at a premium
Increasing accumulated losses from previous financial year also not a good look and further debt will most likely be the outcome for further cash injection
