Exactly, they keep the executive team on to RUN the business, not themselves, the execs are usually already onboard with a TO to go ahead, all board options get taken up, the Execs all make a killing, BOD advises SH takeover is good.
It’s happening more and more often.
This is why, if you don’t want cheap TO, the Top 20 needs to be at least sub 50% With a high liquidity stock if the LT retail holders less than 25% they can’t block it.
Personally I don’t think this is on the cards here. Ken will be better off holding out for the full EV revolution to be in full swing.
