Can you smell smoke avenurine?

Doc - we're talking about the wild west here.

Not that I would normally advocate it, but I think its time to have a good old fashioned bar room brawl.

I want to know what the current board has in mind asap. They announced the sale to CyberCX back in October and now it's March. Since the sale GF has gone & JL has moved on from CEO. The buyback talk has been around for months, still with no information at hand. And as we know HD has a new gig at SHG.

I also want to know what attracts the potential new board to VOR.

There is plenty at stake here, $22-25m cash, the real lowdown on TSI, the proposed buyback, let alone any new ventures that either party may have in mind. I don't expect the current board to walk without a fight, although I'd like to get up to speed on the T20 before I say much more.

I want information that leads to transparency, as right now there's too many things up in the air.
