I think the big day is tomorrow here. This will be when we find out if the 91M shares in the CR went to long term holders or not. I've watched CRs in other companies, where we're told CR participants were all "sophisticated" and would hold and wait for the growth in the stock. Then promptly watch them sell out within a day or two. Fingers crossed that won't happen here as EGR really has a compelling story.
But, 91M is a lot of shares compared to our normal days trading. There will certainly be some of those who live by the "you can't lose selling for a profit" philosphy, and 33% growth for a weeks work may be too tempting. If it drops tomorrow, I'll pick up a few more. If it doesn't drop, then we have real sophisticates in the CR, and I'll pick up a few more. Either way, tomorrow is the day for me.
Well, this is assuming shares issued on 19-Feb, means they can sell on 19-Feb. I assume so, but I've never participated in a CR. Just watched from the sidelines.
