VMS have the same IPO Team Parsons, Halliday, Radonjic, and Delphi, Deutsche Balaton also has a minor 2.5% holding in that. While you have the AR open i suggest reading page 3, Andrew was replaced by Ecopro nominee on the Technical side -i suppose the reason was having an industrial technical director is a higher focus than a mining technical director, for what BSX want to achieve.
