Assumptions are sometimes ill-conceived.
Mine is that this UK-based fund can how SRV is bouncing back from a still to be finally 'resolved' situation with respect to coronavirus. Chairman Mr Alf Moufarrige can't control everything but when costs spin out of control due to politicians imposing lockdowns/travel curbs/curfew/provincial, statewide, citywide or international border closures in this unprecedented in our lifetimes situation, his quick actions protect SRV's holders as far as possible.
