I understand the rebalancing, but don't understand lying about it. This guy totally lost my trust after this and could not care what he has done in the past, I would not invest a single cent with him. Credibility and trust wordiness is the key in management and no matter how good the product the company has with management of a Disallowed salesman attitude, is not my cup of tea.
