Maybe I read this wrong but isn't that a net increase due to issuing shares to him?

Yes, he sold 158m shares but it was on off-market transfer, so, someone big obviously bought the lot for 5c. How would that have impacted the sp as this wasn't even stated during that day, or at least not on ANZ-CMC price history. Nobody was aware of it.

But again, please correct me if I missed something here.
