I've asked for specific evidence, you're yet to deliver. Someone that resinged a while ago sold their shares, which you thought was still on the board. The price has been moving in this range for a bit and has hit up against 4.19 a couple of times, so it could be a top.

There's a lot of other things that can influence price and I'm not convinced it's this annoucement. Your point is still moot.
