Even if he did sell more, what's it do? Drop the price? If you've got a separate income, guess what, IBG is on sale. Prioritise it above the wife's probably fake designer handbag, shoes etc, as always though, only what you can afford to lose. I wont twist anyone's arm to hold IBG any longer than they want to, if I were to reassess and find it was no good, I'd be out, same if I needed the money.
They raised money because they have costly yet necessary steps to achieve the stated goals to secure debt facilities and they don't have $550M laying around to fund the project. If you believe in the company, dilution for most of us can be somewhat overcome at these prices, it would be considerably tougher if we hit some of the price targets.
If you don't believe, save yourself stress, cut it away. Either way, GLTA.
