Jobling The Chairman has 15.44% of the shares appt 18th Jan 21, Graham Baillie appt 26th Aug 19 on the board has 25.31% and a Dr Ewart keeps on buying and has 16.14% - not sure why and how he fits into the equation.
So the three of them have 56.8% of the company shares.
It would seem Jobling, Baillie and Canning are calling the shots
Be interesting to know what drives them.
I guess 2021 will give a clear indication of what is ahead.
Will they continue to focus on Spectrum and Riyo or will there be some real action in terms of a "major" acquisition by way of share allocation.
