WestTrader how wrong you are. Arie is a trustee for Strategic Capital Management. Note the following:
1. SCM has a place of business at the same location as NET (65 Stanley Street).
2. The ASIC documents for SCM state that James Tsiolis is a resident at 65 Stanley Street.
3. SCM does not have a web site or an active telephone number.
4. For all intensive purposes SCM is a failure of a funds management company.
5. SCM according to a simple internet search even had a lot of very unhappy investors that took SCM to court.
6. It looks like shares are being shifted to who ever is the ultimately hapless investor in Arie.
7. The real issue I think is , who was the seller? Is it one of the up rampers on this forum or a large holder? Was it atcatc?
