I certainly would have been more impressed if the fund was managed by Goldman Sachs, but to suggest it is a failed investment fund is a slanderous comment and you should retract unless you have information to the contrary. From what I can see the Trustee company was recently formed on 21/05/2020. Hard to believe it has failed in less than 12 months.

It would appear that the fund may have close links to the CEO. If that is the case it is not a bad thing. We always like to see directors buying in the market. It reflects confidence.
