The buying took place on 22/12/20 and in Feb and March 2021 clearly after the entity was deregistered in 09/08/20.
How can this be possible?
What it says to me is that Arie Manager Pty Ltd acquired the naming rights to the fund after it was previously de-registered.
Does not mean that it is a failed fund at all, but is a new fund using an old name.
