Given how all but one Premier in Oz loves locking us down, what one sees in Australia is not typical worldwide as in some 'developed' nations, life has more or less returned to normal. This should be positive for SRV.

Great to see the phone was ringing which must mean lots of clients of people renting space there.

Australia would have to be one of the more difficult operating regions give the propensity for unplanned lockdowns so expect the only way forward is upwards.....SP included
