Recently I had a quick look at one of SRV's Melbourne offices.
Some occupants were working from home, but presumably still paying rent.
The 'coworking space' was attractively furnished, had good views and a pleasant receptionist who for the brief period I was there was very busy with calls constantly being answered.
Given how all but one Premier in Oz loves locking us down, what one sees in Australia is not typical worldwide as in some 'developed' nations, life has more or less returned to normal. This should be positive for SRV.
