It is always worth the question tomchena but Dr Mynott left the company way back in 2018 to pursue the humanitarian application of Detach technology for children with diarrhoea in the developing world. I hope her passion project is progressing well for all concerned.
The previous time Dr Mynott sold was in 2016 and this time around less than 20% of her holding left her hands so we can’t really categorise her as someone running for the exits.
Depending on the manner of the transaction, being either on market or in an off market transfer there may be a new top 10 holder on the register. By the time we find that out I anticipate there will have been a number of material announcements of partnering or licensing agreements in both human and animal fields with multinational health players.
