Ann: Change in substantial holding, page-5

I was happy to have sold most of my NMT shares in the last few days after the Reed family sold 10m shares because they need the money to buy a property. What a lame idea? Why would you sell your growing n profitable company shares when you can use your shares as a collateral?
I had 60,000 NMT shares for quite some time hoping it will reach $1.00 in not too distant future. Now, I only have 15k shares.
The NMT share price has dropped by 20% from a high of $0.59 to $0.47, as I write.
