Even if there aren't other offers, it's doubtful that Little Sisters of Mary's 1.04 initial bid is their final / best price. Suspect at least A$1.20 from them is likely without other bidders. Also need to be mindful that the budget was only released 2 weeks ago, so other potential bidders haven't had long to finalise offer prices, their own internal business forecasts, and how integration with Japara would affect the business. There's no rush.
