Top 4 holders going by the recent presentation on the DBU and this announcement:
Germans 16.79% (increasing stake)
EcoPro 13%
Fedelity 6%
Directors / Board 14% (are not able to add due to pending announcements) Blackout period no doubt
That's 49.79% (half the register) not counting the other 16 holders inside the top 20.
There simply won't be many shares floating around when the market finally makes its adjustment reflecting something close to fair value based on actual data reported in the first PFS and subsequent partners to derisk both projects (business units) further.
My expectations are that BSX moves very quickly to a half a billion market cap when the real value of the DBU is made clear.
