They're not 'taking more PEXA at an inflated price'. Read the announcement and read again. As an aside they're cashed up for further value acquisitions after their recent due diligence and cancelation.
Sell down is a combination of those that were still holding out hope for a TO, those that wanted definitive answers to an in-specie distribution and those that that wanted the trade sale.
As for the announcement, I wouldn't pay too much interest in the hundreds of trade dates each month, but net holdings.
