    It's always a positive when an insider outlays ~$296,000 on shares in his company.

    However questions arise:

    . Who sold?

    . When?

    . Why?

    ASX records show that on June 1 - the date interests associated with director Andrew Kroger reportedly bought 820,894 shares - $CTE did not trade.

    . Did the the Kroger interests really buy the shares on-market, as the CTE announcement claims?

    . Or did they buy the shares off-market?

    More questions:

    . Why have the Kroger interests built their stake above 42%?

    . Will they continue to buy?

    And crucially:

    . When will they sell? And to whom?
