Does this in anyway have to do with the trading halt and the pending news, or is this a stand-alone action?
I know that Mellon Bank is the repository for the company shares that get “converted” into NASDAQ shares (at a 40-1 ratio), and from time to time Mellon releases shares from its holdings for the conversion.
Just wondering if this is coincidental with the trading halt, or in some way connected.
