I'm not sure it's a good thing. His past actions in pushing for the Macquarie offer & threatening dissenting shareholders if they didn't come on board sticks in my mind. It was all doom & gloom, that "Macquarie would have CTP over a barrel", CTP would be looking at administration etc. There was a lot of involvement with the Board revolving door stuff too. A guess only but there's more to seeing just "value"...it's possibly about control and for whatever reason I don't know at this stage. Will be interesting if he goes to 10%
