Hmm 6.6million sold off by Regal last week @ approx 14c .
As mentioned before the share price won't be moving upwards until the balance of 46 million is sold.
I don't believe the forth coming offtake agreement won't be announced until the shares are sold.
In the meantime the shares will continue downward.
