At first glance, his statement doesn't seem to be correct.
He states he sold 4,000,001 + 2,184,272 = 6,184,273, yet he implies he sold 5,372,940 and now holds 11m shares.
10,188,667 would be 7.25% v 7.83% for 11m held.
Have I mis-read it? As there doesn't seem to be any additions since the last notice on 18/2/21.
