    Looks like anticipation that the $5 million retail offering will be oversubscribed at .25 cent. I need to work out whether to jump in after receiving the offering letter today. We need to see how the SP performs next week, but longer term the story is compelling and starting to look good, .40cents and beyond in not too distant future.
