Exposure to Joe Blow (including so called "sophisticated" investors as we saw in 2nd last CR) does not at all help with volatility. We need to target institutional investors and i am more than happy for them to be the recipients of the shares in a CR. I (or other retail) "serious" holders can fetch enough on market. I realise it would have been ideal if we also got some shares through CR but given the circumstance I rather more instos get in ... for future benefit of the direction and including helping with volatility.
