Remember they bought 61mil shares at 4.3c for a peanut amount of $2.6mil but at average 18c, it is worth $11mil.

Sometimes they can go over the limit but they have to reduce it to whatever % that they are required by laws or by their mandate within 30 days for example. In fact I have seen this kind of scenario where a fund had to reduce their holdings of an asset within a certain time frame by directive from ASIC or other governmental financial regulators.

Either way, I believe they are now under 30mil shares as of today or maybe even under 25mil shares. We will know in the next few days. And I am sure they won't sell any time soon once they are under 5% (23.8mil).
