So, ultimately, CXZ can make steady progress even without a big "new shiny deal". CXZ's strategy is to get the OEM agnostic product (CXZTRAC) into the hands of their existing multi-franchise dealers (i.e. dealers selling GM + other brands) and work their way up from there.

I think that is what this new substantial holder has realized and acted upon. CXZ is not a gamble on securing another OEM-wide deal, CXZ can make incremental progress now at the dealership level with their OEM agnostic product, supported by cashflows from GM with a secure 5-year runway...

Aaryn's next performance milestone is to achieve a 30-day VWAP share price of 2.5 cents by 31st September. With 880M SOI, that equates to a market cap of a mere $22 million. Personally, I think that is more than achievable, in fact, I think a MC of $22 million is undervalued for this growing, profitable, SaaS company.
