What does than mean for other shareholders?
I'll admit to be slightly nervous that ABV could be (basically) privatised - I'm unsure what the ASX rules are in these circumstances where, for example, they could jointly launch a (lowball) t/o offer.
Almost inarguably, it would appear to be a bullish signal - maybe we should be taking advantage of the 4c currently on offer?
Interesting times and the upcoming 4c could be most instructive.
