Just my bit....
I believe NY Mellon would know who the mystery investor is. 17 million and 25% is a large inclusion and dilution for any business. Normally the large investors in businesses get knowledge of who is buying in so they don't get spooked and sell off their holdings. The fact they have increased their stock holdings suggests they like who has invested.
My money is still on a larger than us Pharma!!
BTW stock is up 16.5% in US atm
