Guy Banducci (if I'm not mistaken) has resigned from his position held at ECS (Jan 2020)
He and Adrian Banducci are Directors of Harbour Capital and were 'Vendors' when the Company was formed.
My guess is that he has personally acquired 800k shares and has had to flag this interest at it conflicts with the interest held by Harbour Capital.
so it's good to see him buying.
