Thai Union at 10%, from my reading of this, are the second largest holder of CLV behind Washington H Soul Pattinson who have a tad over 20%. Interesting times for Clover. There was an off market purchase last Friday of 5,500,000 shares at $1.845. Interested to see if there is another change of major shareholder advice that covers that transaction.
Thai Union you would think see value here at these levels and happy to pay current prices for a large chuck of the business.
