just thought i would add to this thread

the 17.2m was raised using an atm facility only available on the nasdaq to sophisticated and high networth individuals . no institutions took part in this which is why the costs were low and the offer price reached .0532.

this would explain the addition of +.5b shares held by NY Melon on behalf of ATHE shareholders since july 2.

so really its a great way of diluting the company at a very low cost and what proved to be a significant premium to the share price, on opposed to diluting with higher costs and at a discount.

to say the least, the demand is there and especially from our American friends.

the question is what is going to be the catalyst to re-rate the company to where it needs to be, and also how athe will respond tonight to the current news. it may be very welcome for those who bought athe recently at 2.50+
