With Seven’s shareholding now at 44.9% I think there is a good chance they will get to above 50% by Thursday.
Does anyone have any thoughts as to whether we should accept the offer now or hang on?
I think there is a big risk the share price will tank on Friday with the buy back exhausted and once the takeover offer expires, unless they go above 50% and it gets extended.
