    BLD shareholders should be ashamed at the Board and its advisers... What a lesson in how not to do takeover defence. Is this Jarden's first big M&A deal in Australia? MASSIVE fail. Citi / Flagstaff just as guilty.

    Through a ridiculous $860m buyback they have underwritten all of the hedge funds who have subsequently gifted control to Seven with no meaningful premium. Hardly a win for shareholders of BLD.
