Ann: Change in substantial holding, page-3

In November 2019, Regal ceased to be a substantial shareholder.
Since then, the major holders (excluding AZ Global) kept buying :
- Roger Tong and Florence Tong, directly and via Regnans Capital,
- SG Hiscock (Fidante) became a substantial holder in Nov 2019 (5.06 % of capital) and has increased its holding to 6.34 % (Feb 21) and later on to 7.38 % (July 21).

According to the elements I could find, AZ Global has stabilized its holding to 27.7 million shares, since it became a major shareholder in Aug 19, via both a capital increase (at 25 c) and buying 9.5 million existing shares from the Tong family.
