I think it is more capital preservation then anything if he is selling.
No one can predict the future. Stocks fallen in recent times why not take some profit and de-risk position.
Absolute bear case but imagine bringing in ~$20M in revenue for BET and @ the end of the period the world mkts have tanked and BETs price is caught up in it.
