I dont recall anything regarding native American sites on JRL's claims. I'm sure as experienced projects people here, they are well versed with the issues of dealing with indigenous people and that experience would extend into the USA. That said we dont know what will happen in future and it is of course possible something will crop up.

Given JRL wont be a miner in their own rite, it wont be their problem. Approved drilling has been carried out and other approvals are in process iirc.
If the US wants lithium independence, LAC will be able to mine.
It says deeper down in the piece that the land involved is less than a 1/4 acre in an 18,000 acre site.
